2. Participate in the formulation of product development plans, and be responsible for the promotion of R&D projects;
3. Promote the construction and implementation of the R&D system and put forward suggestions for improvement;
4. Improve customer problem feedback;
Job requirements:
1. Major in polymer materials, bachelor degree or above;
2. Familiar with ISO9000 management system,
3. Quality management system, relevant experience in chemical polymer industry or cable industry is preferred;
4. Salary negotiable
